Safety
A school district’s top priority should always be the safety and well-being of every person in the building. I believe in taking a multi-faceted approach to keeping our students and staff safe on campus and online while participating in school functions. I will work with staff, administrators, and the community to continuously ensure that each person connected with this district is as safe as possible.
Support
Students and staff will do their best work when they have the resources they need. Whether it’s an extra snack, a pair of socks, or a talk with a school counselor, I believe it’s the district’s job to provide support for every person learning, teaching, and working on our campuses.
Success
A successful school district prepares students for real-world challenges while helping them to be compassionate, kind, and hard-working. I want each student to feel engaged, encouraged and challenged to meet their learning goals. The key to building a successful student, school, and school district is a cohesive working relationship between teachers, staff, and administrators. All of the adults that interact with our students are experts in their own fields, and my goal is to support these experts in all the ways that they need to help our students succeed.
