My personal philosophy is that every person in Fairless deserves to be a valued member of our community. When we feel secure, seen, and able to contribute, we find the motivation to do our best work.
As a school board member, I will approach each person with this attitude. Students, parents, teachers, staff, and community members are all vital to making our schools safe, welcoming and productive community centers. I will hold space for everyone to be an important and constructive part of our school system.
If you’ve ever been a part of a sports team or performing arts class, you know how miraculous it is when the whole group is locked in and synced up. Reaching difficult goals somehow feels inevitable when everyone works together and contributes from their skill set. I have experience guiding individuals and groups to reach their potential, and I will call upon that experience as a board member. Everyone deserves a seat at the table here in Fairless, and everyone needs a seat at the table to help us do our best.
